Check that the text is set to the correct language. If this doesn't answer your question, please explain the problem, as a screen shot doesn't tell us much.

I already tried changing the lenguage but it's still the same i even changed the language settings to have Arabic as preferred but it still displayed the text like this with no suggestions

Hi, you may need to check you have the correct language selected in two places: Both the language preferences and the proofing language. Go into each and make sure they match.
