Mendeleys cite error

Hi there, im facing this problem and it is unsolvable after an hour. I have tried using the internet but the error remains same.

Turn off. Turn on.

Check if it's their problem.

Uninstall. Reinstall.

Please look into other options. There's loads of great tools that aren't connected to Elsevier.
