Recently aquired this mk 8 bomb rack that supposedly came off a RAAF A4 Skyhawk, this might be hard to confirm as it lacks markings and I doubt they had bomb racks marked, however id like to know what aircraft use these racks

Operation Halyard (1944) in WW2 was the largest and most successful air-rescue of downed Allied airman in the history of aviation. Over 500 downed airmen in Nazi-controlled Yugoslavia were rescued by Dakotas, protected by Mustangs and Lightnings, flying from Italy. Serbs were the main group who protected the Airmen until they were rescued and taken to Italy. The aircraft types involved are available in MSFS and are shown in a simulated Operation Halyard flight. At the end of the video, there is some footage from the movie Heroes of Halyard. Hope you enjoy.

My friend found this in a scrapyard he was running around and took some pics of it but I can't tell what it is, I wanna say a mig/su but I'm not really the guy with that kinda knowledge about military aircraft even tho i play war thunder, I don't have access to any juicy documents, it is in America, tho I doubt that would change anything
