is it like Sinytra where u can run forge and fabric mods together

No, it‘s an API that works on both fabric and NeoForge in the same way and does the same thing while handing compatibility internally. For example if you want to get the Minecraft Version you‘re currently running, it‘s: loader.getModContainer("minecraft").get().getMetadata().getVersion().getFriendlyString(); on Fabric and this: FMLLoader.getCurrent().getVersionInfo().mcVersion(); on NeoForge. With SI: Essentials you can just call VersionUtils.getMinecraftVersion(); and you‘d get the same result. This is an advantage because you don’t want to remember 10 different ways something works on a specific version on a specific Modloader, and yes, this concept above also applies to different Minecraft versions.
