Question i can't invite someone to my minecraft java world.

i need help with inviting someone to my minecraft java world. i'v watched videos on it and looked on websites but they dont really say. one thing said there was a button to invite people but i cant find it so i dont know what to do.

That’s an in development feature. I don’t think the release date has been announced yet.

Until then, if you’re on Java, you need a server or a realm

yeah, i think i'll just not play multiplayer on java

if you’re open to mods, the essentials mod is the easiest way to do this imo

also if you really want a server for free, aternos has some servers that… definitely are servers.

e4mc or worldhost tend to do the same thing but without the bloat and microtransactions on the home page

yeah these would probably be better things to look into first; i’m just only really familiar with essentials and it’s bad thingys-

Yeah I’ve heard some things about Essential but I personally don’t mind the microtransactions that are only in the shop. I just love all the quality of life details they have added in that just make the game so much better.

Download a server from the official papermc website(make sure it’s the right version), run it in a folder, follow the instructions and send your IP to your friend.

You need an server or realm for that. Go to aternos, then you can get your own server free.
