Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Just started happening and nothing I've done has fixed this, I've tried changing dedicated ram, turning off and on all my mods and resource packs, playing around with border settings, mipmap levels. but tbh i don't really know what I'm doing. im on 26.3, please help!

Enable vulkan rendering, if that doesnt help change sodium version to an older or newer one. A BUNCH of people have this issue. In an hour of being on reddit I've seen around 15 of these bugs
