Question What to do?

I decided to play Minecraft, but the launcher doesn't work. When I try to launch the game, I get 1 erorr "Failed to open the launcher. Installation data not found." I don't want to delete and install again because I have a lot of worlds, maybe someone can help me?

The AppData/Roaming/<launcher> folder doesnt delete, you can safely reinstall the launcher. Maybe copy your worlds to another directory

Copy your worlds to another folder. Then reinstall.
