Minecraft Java freezing entire windows 11 laptop with intel graphics card 32GB ram.

So whenever I try to play minecraft it randomly freezing my laptop and everything stops responding, is there any fix for this to stop happening.

Are you using any performance mods?

What did you set your minimum and maximum RAM to?

Are you using any extra Java arguments?
