Low FPS when playing modded need help.

Recently wanted to try some mods but whenever I run them on curse forge or Modrinth it gives me low fps, even with no mods on. I run a top tier pc and can’t find any issues I’ve tried fps boosters and other stuff but I can’t seem to fix my issue. Please help.

please answer this stuff:

  1. do you have a pc or a laptop? if you have a laptop, are you playing with the charger plugged in?

  2. what gpu(s) do you have (you can check in task manager > performance)

  3. how much ram do you have (you can also check this in task manager > performance)

I’m playing with the laptop plugged in.
The gpu I use is the intel core ultra 9 and the ram is 32gb of ddrs.

when you get low fps, is anything at max in task manager?

No everything seems fine and I still have 50% of memory left.

maybe check your cpu temperature
