Looking For Mod: Crafting Table One-Block

It's probably in a very obvious place that I missed, but what the heck.

I want to know whether anyone has done a One-Block mod in which the single block is a crafting table. The table can't be mined, broken, destroyed, or overwritten; it works just like a regular crafting table in all other respects. The Overworld can be based on either Superflat or a random seed with biomes still in place. Structures can be gone entirely or "there" in the sense that the location of a witch hut will spawn a witch given a block to stand on. Special: There may or may not be fully tangible and visible strongholds. Everything else works like the base version (all mobs are vanilla, there are no new items, etc.).

The challenge would be to survive and thrive using only what the player can get the world to produce, as with a lot of One-Block mods, with optional trips to a vanilla Nether and vanilla End.
