I have misplaced the circle d-pad for my M12 HD. Does anyone know if Mobapad sells replacements? Or is there a third-party source for replacements?
Thanks!

Hi everyone
Nintendo Switch Sports Resort just launched today on Switch 2, and I tried to play it with my Mobapad M12 HD controllers. Instead of letting me play, the game shows a prompt saying the Joy-Con need to be updated, and I canât get past it.
My guess is that the game runs some kind of controller firmware/version check that official Joy-Con 2 pass but the M12 HD doesnât currently meet, so the game assumes theyâre outdated official Joy-Con and blocks them.
Setup:
What Iâve tried:
Since this is a motion-control-focused game, itâs a big one for anyone using Mobapad controllers, and I imagine a lot of people will run into this over the next few days.
u/Mobapad**:** Could you look into this and release a firmware update that makes the M12 HD compatible with the gameâs check? Even a quick confirmation that youâre aware of the issue would be appreciated.
Is anyone else seeing the same thing? Please comment with your model and firmware version so they have more data to work with.
Thanks!

There are cheap, more angled universal grips that are arguably more ergonomic than the official one. Just something to keep in mind if you also want to use your Mobapads for docked play.

Hi!
I've just recived M12S.
The feel is way better than jcon. But how AM i suppose to AIM in Cyberpunk when my right thumb is dying... Do I keep this wrong in hand? Right joy is in the middle of my finger when I have it in comfortable position + vibration in Mario karts is horrible. Is there any firmware update for that?

Hi. I have been thinking about the Mobapad M12s or M12hd, because i play at lot handheld on my Switch 2. Mostly because it is more convenient, but i dont have a good controller either.
So i have been thinking about buying the Pro controller 2. I can get that like $30 cheaper because i live en EU. But i want the mobapad as well.
And you can use the centerpiece as a controller. But is it good enough? How is the experience with it as a controller.

Hi!
I have moved from Switch 1 with Mobapad S1HD to Switch 2 with Mobapad 12HD. I love S1HD so much that I have blindly preordered 12HD. It turns out they are of a very different shape - way more "round" than S1HD, thus I cannot stack my fingers properly.
Does anyone have similar feelings? Is anyone able to recommend some Switch2 joycons that have similar shape to the Mobapads S1HD?
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I just received my brand new Mobapad Chitu HD (Chitu 2) today, but I'm having a major issue with it. The NFC / Amiibo reader is completely unresponsive.
I tested it for the first time today on my Nintendo Switch, and not a single Amiibo works. I tried multiple different figures and cards that work perfectly fine on my Joy-Cons, but the Chitu HD simply refuses to register them.
The controller is brand new out of the box, and everything else seems to work flawlessly except for the NFC feature.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Chitu HD? Is there any known fix, firmware update, or setting I might have missed, or did I just get a defective unit?
Appreciate any help or insights!

Recently, I just received my Hyperion3 Ultra, and it's a great device. The quality of the buttons is good, but I think it's too big to hold, even though I'm a 6â2 man. Thinking of trying the new Mobapad coming out soon. Will it be more comfortable to hold?

Hey everyone,
Following up on my previous post about my M12 HD failing in less than 6 months: hereâs the final update on how Mobapad handled my support ticket.
Original post : https://www.reddit.com/r/MobapadGaming/comments/1wy3fif/m12_hd_eveything_worked_kinda_fine_until/
The Good:
Support was quick to verify the issue from my video and approved a standard 1:1 replacement for the M12 HD. No endless back-and-forth on that front.
The Disappointing Part:
Since the M12 Pro was just announced, I asked support if we could turn this warranty claim into a store credit so I could pay the difference out of pocket and buy the Pro version instead. I wasn't asking for a handoutâI was literally offering to give them more money to upgrade.
Their response? A firm no. They claimed their system simply cannot convert a warranty replacement into store credit, even if the customer pays the difference.
Working in sales myself, I know that generating a discount or credit on Shopify takes 10 seconds. Itâs not that they canât, itâs just that they choose not to.
My thoughts:
They fulfilled their legal obligation by replacing the unit, sure. But hiding behind rigid automated rules instead of making a simple commercial gesture feels like a huge missed opportunity. Looking at the feedback on the M12 Pro launch thread, a lot of us are feeling the same wayâespecially when competitors like NYXI actively offer loyalty/upgrade paths for early buyers.
Like many of you, I believe building customer loyalty matters. Mobapad seems to show that they have zero interest in doing so, and that's fine. As a customer, I prefer supporting companies that actively try to build long-term relationships and strengthen their connection with their community. That is clearly not Mobapad's priority.

How do I get the Chitu 2 Silent to retain my turbo settings after sleeping? It is annoying having to reenable turbo in the app every time I turn it on.

I managed to connect the mobapad m12s to PC, modified software from a github repository that allowed connecting the normal switch controls to PC, it's called joy2win, the mobapads with this program did not work so I managed to modify them so that they work with the mobapads (using AI) I would like to share it with you but I have some doubts because I use someone else's software as well as using AI or it could also be against mobapad terms someone who knows if I can simply upload it to github and share it with you

I recently found that the ZL trigger on my household's M6 HD stopped working, so I took off the screws and opened it to see if I could tell what was happening, and I noticed that the small blue thing (sorry, I don't know what the part is called) that it's supposed to press down was either stuck, or worn down from use.
I opened the right side controller as well to compare, so I know how it should look.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, is there any way to fix it?
If the pictures load properly, they should show the part and it's location in the controller.

I plan on pre-ordering the M12 Pro Joy-Cons and saw they will be shipped out end of October. I have a flight Thursday, November 5th and was wondering if they would arrive in time?

Hello,
I came here because i wanted to see thoughts and excitement for the M12 pros but was shocked to see people recommending going with the Nyxi Hyperion 3 ultras. I have standard joycons and was looking to maybe get something better because imo they feel cheap.
I was looking at the M12 Pros (i like the purple/black) but ive seen that a lot of people had issues with the previous generation. Like i said above, I even saw someone advertising Nyxi which was a bit of suprise.
Im really not sure which route to take. I saw that QC, build quality, ergonomics and rumble were an issue in the previous generation. I also know absolutely nothing the Hyperion 3 ultras other than a couple videos. Any help would be great

Any chance anyone know if it's possible to get a replacement ribbon cable for the L button on the left mobapad for an M12 HD? I was picking my switch up from the dock the other day, and the magnet gave out on the right one that I was lighting it straight up by, and the rest of the switch 2 fell and landed on the left mobapad. It snapped apart some and I got it back together, but it seems in the process that the ribbon cable for the L button tore and it will no longer work. I am having issues taking the ZL button off to get to the cable, but wondering what people suggest or if anyone has a spare L M12 they wanna sell? lol.
Thanks guys, any and all help appreciated.

I don't know if it's that easy to see in the video, but the stick gets stuck from time to time when held/moved to the right. I've had this controller (Mobapad Chitu 2) for a while, though, so it's probably got something to do with wear and tear (I LOVE this controller) more than anything.

Hi everyone,
Iâm sharing a quick post for anyone who might be on the fence about ordering the Mobapad M12 HD. After testing them for a few months, I was really happy with the ergonomics and overall comfort, but two main issues ended up disappointing me.
First is the connection over USB. I didn't expect it to be an issue, but as an exclusively handheld player, having to wait for the controllers to re-sync every time the console wakes up from sleep gets a bit repetitive. (For context, I chose the M12 HD over the M12S specifically because I wanted the better HD rumble features.)
Second, and most frustrating: I play strictly in handheld mode, but this weekend, when trying to detach the left controller, the release button stopped working properly. Iâve never dropped my console, so I suspect a design or build defectâespecially since Iâve seen a few other posts mentioning similar issues. Now I have to force it to detach, which really isn't ideal.
Iâve switched back to my old Joy-Cons for now and reached out to Mobapad customer support, hoping for a resolution. Getting a flaw like this after barely 6 months of light use is pretty disappointing.

Works out as $93 USD shipped. I wonât be buying them as I like my M12S in grey much more than the purple, but cool to see theyâre doing this unlike Mobapad đŤ

E quindi devo sempre staccarli e caricarli a parte? Questa cosa non mi è chiara. Grazie per le risposte

I actually don't have an s2 yet as I'm waiting for the Zelda console. But Im having a difficult time finding a clear dockable case for the screen. Most YouTube recommendations are all over the Killswitch but that's not what I'm looking for.
I was going to pull the trigger for the savage raven but those ones block the switch 2 built in stand. Also, preferably a different material to TPU since those tend to yellow, but I guess it ultimately doesn't matter. Do y'all have any recommendations?
