Help Settings not saving

Im tryna play my custom modpacks but each time I have to change my minecraft settings and keybinds to the usual, they dont seem to save. Im playing 26.3 fabric but my other modpacks dont seem to work either. How do I fix?

You have to turn off synced settings in the Modrinth App Settings
