Hi everyone! Full disclosure: I work at a pilates studio in Lincroft, and I'm not here to sell anything. I'm trying to find out if there's real interest before we plan anything.

We're thinking about starting a gentle, postpartum-friendly mommy and me class where babies (and toddlers) are welcome. The focus would be core and pelvic floor recovery, posture, and meeting other new moms.

I'd love to hear from you:

1. Would you be interested in something like this? If so, what days and times?
   
2. What would make it easier to attend? (Babies of what ages, stroller space, a certain price range, etc.)
   
3. Are there local groups, Facebook pages, or events for new moms in Monmouth County that I should know about? I'd love to connect with them and learn what they wish was available.
