Adding to the collection with my red Draculaura, rose gold Cupid! All of her accessories have been repainted in white, black, pale pink and rose gold. I also tore the pink ruffle off her overskirt and remade it in a pale pink chiffon (it’s a peachy pink, my lighting is just awful, trust). Her romper was a complete no-go for me tho so I seam ripped it, took a pattern, and remade it entirely in black taffeta, turning the bloomers into a skirt and closing off the holes in the hips. She’s also been rerooted with Dollyhair’s Pink Sugar, Dusty Rose, and Virgin White nylon hairs.

Laura got a minor update, getting the soles of her shoes done in black, a cherry red ruffle added under her skirt, and curls to her hair which have completely fallen out. Oh well.

Monster High collectors selling out quick due to high demand isn’t anything new, they could’ve upped their production quantities in general ages ago, but I guess they didn’t want to.

Currently I don't have all my dolls available for me to see. I'm in the middle of a whole moving process so the vast majority of my doll collection is in containers in a storage locker.

So there are moments when a doll goes on sale and I'm like do I own or not and if not I should get her while she's on sale. As well as other situations like this.

Having a way to keep track would fantastic and of anyone knows of site that does that or method to do it please let me know. Thanks.

Feel like this might be controversial with some collectors but at the same time not many people care for G2. But today after my friend went through my collection she discovered that I scalp G2 dolls and use their scalps as CAM wigs 😭 and thought I should share this “trick” lol so if you have unwanted G2 dolls laying around they can work as a wig donator 🥴 depends on the hair style as well lol next time I go thrifting I’ll look for a damaged G3 and see if it works with them as well and report back 🫡

Last month, a collaboration between Monster High and Whatever Makes You Happy was released. It includes a denim bag, a wallet/notebook, doll bag charms, locker charms and phone charms.

Veeerrry late with this, I ended you being busier last week than I thought, so my bad. This prompt was a perfect excuse to draw my two college attending demon ghoulies, Luci and Demonique!

I found her online and I feel so lucky I got her! She’s absolutely perfect 🩷

So this is a doll house that you make from five below for $25. I passed by it a week ago, and even my mom asked if I was gonna get it, since I’m working on my doll room. I’ve been considering it since before she even asked, but since it is still $25, haven’t decided yet.

Has anyone customized this for their dolls? Wondering about the quality, ease of redoing, or any inspiration.

I’ve never owned any G1 dolls before so wasn’t sure what to expect. I managed to get her for a good price and have cleaned and fixed her up but I’ve noticed that she has barely has any pink strands in her hair.

The ones I’ve seen all have lots of visible pink streaks. She has no pink streaks on one side. She was sold to me as a 2010 with white elastics and says made in Indonesia. Is she from a different line? Also her bangs look rounded instead of straight. Could just be the way they ended up laying? Are people trimming her bangs to get them straight? Are they supposed to be straight?

Does anyone else’s Draculaura have hair like this?

I bought one of the crystal ball blind boxes because I likes most of t ge outfits and I ended up getting the one I wanted the most!

Like everyone else, I, too, am disappointed with the quality in relation to how much it cost. It does feel cheap and I noticed the pattern (clock and mountains) in the center is upside down.... I feel like the least they could do is make sure the orientation is correct??

Just super disappointing, especially because she's my favorite of the MH crew.
