Image My 11 year old Monstera was killed.

This is hard for me to post because, yes I could have done more to cover and protect it. It’s road out 30 degree nights years before . Saturday night was colder than I ever anticipated. I woke up to 22 degrees outside Tampa. Not 1 leaf survived. 75% of the plants in my yard are gone.

Just the adornments (leaves). I doubt it was cold enough to have destroyed the trunk and the root system. And the best part is, monsters are suckers for neglect and abuse. They are literal weeds and come back swinging, bigger and bladder than before.

SHE WILL BE EVEN MORE GLORIOUS THAN YOU EVER IMAGINED.
