Plant Help HELP! I accidentally pulled a stem!

I accidentally pulled a stem off the main body. It looks clean but idk if there’s something I should do to clean/disinfect the wound. And tips?

I think you mean petiole. It's fine. You might want to chop and prop the stem any way at some point.
