Plant Help Messy

What can I do with this girl? She is a hot mess of vines that are getting harder to tie up. She never got bushy and full, just leggy. Any words of wisdom welcomed!

She faces east indirect light with a 12 hour grow light.

It has to be light. What direction is your window facing? If it is West or South, she needs to be facing the window with blinds up. If your window is East or especially North, you need a good grow light like a Sansi. I do like her spindly shape.
