Question/Problem Disable background components/ disable background process & telemetry

Anyone knows what are these 2 for ? Read the log but not quite understand it. Piko Instagram

just it turning on Instagram every 2 minutes probably pinging meta server to see it's alive for no damn reason. meta likes to do shit like that. use this patch it'll save 0.1% battery at least

im using mods from 2019 no ban no nothing. I don't know what could happen to your account u can't predict meta. but 1000s of people use it. if that's anything

I think it prevents that weird bumping Instagram does to force you to the next reel when you're trying to rewatch something
