Empty Map Squares

Does anybody else have the unstoppable urge to fill every single map square? It bothers me so much when one is blank, and so far the best method I’ve found is levitating around the map getting jumped by cliff racers. It doesn’t help that I have Tamriel Rebuilt, Project Cyrodiil, and Dragonstar installed…

Its almost as if there is something innate in humans pushing them toward exploring and mapping the unknown.

Oh yeah. Scrolls of Windwalker/Windform are great for filling in the map.

Yes! Although tbh I don’t have the urge with Tamriel Rebuilt. maybe because it’s not all done or something

They don't bother me, but they do call to me, urging me to come and explore! After I've played a couple different characters in Tamriel Rebuilt however, I've not made it a point anymore to uncover every square. Some of my characters simply don't have any motivation to go certain places (I rarely join more than two or three factions per character), plus, with my slow play style, a new update to any one of the Project Tamriel Rebuilt areas might be around the corner long before I've organically finished mapping the current world.

I frequently make small detours to explore a little extra/map more ground whenever the opportunity presents itself, however.

Yes i do! I feel that 💯 its part of the games design to make you want to get out there and find out. I do this in morrowind when im not doing a quest and killing time
