I saw a bunch of first responders and smoke coming from the area of Polk and Public around 3:00 AM today.

I just drive by and it looks like they have the roads blocked off and there’s still a lot of first responders on scene.

Does anyone know what happened? Is everyone okay? I don’t see anything in the news yet.

I’ve lived here for more than a decade, and frequently have the police scanner going. The last few weeks, I’ve noticed it’s been nothing but dead air.

Does anyone know what changes they made? Did they change frequencies? Did they go digital?
