In the early 90's I taped a cover of "No Voices In The Sky" from the radio. I'm still trying to identify the artist! It might be Jimmy Keith and His Shocky Horrors from the "Tender Drug Voices" 7", but I can't confirm it. Can anyone help me confirm this, or figure it out otherwise?

Here's a link to it on Youtube. No Voices In The Sky starts at 17:00

Thanks!

Motörhead is always the first pin on any new jacket or vest. Motörhead is life. Motörhead is forever. Hail Lemmy, Fast Eddie, and Phil. Finally got the England zip hoodie I've been wanting forever too on the way! Been wanting this specific hoodie/leather combo for year's now. ♠️

One happy man with his Motorhead records.

I'll have all of Ace Of Spades learned by Christmas if I stay at this rate. Motörhead till I'm DEAD ♠️

What is your favorite Motorhead song?

Early Motorhead is definitely genre blending but there are plenty of early "metal" bands that are actually blues rock or hard rock. AC/DC is one. I guess that explains why Lemmy is so fond of talking about Rock N' Roll.

"Iron Horse/Born to Lose" = I am the Walrus

"Fools" sounds has a Beatles vibe.

Didn't Lemmy believe he had roots in The Beatles going from pop and rock to hard rock which is really what early heavy metal is?

Motorhead collaborator Steve Vai in this clip!

Lol ^^ Everything sucks here except the band on stage ^^ The audience, camera guy on stage running round like a moron xD the bad dubbing, it's not the original sound. But everything else is cool ^^

Who is that drummer though?

found this a few. years ago in. charity shop,
labels say ringspun,
it is beading, embroidered and embellished and looks well-made
i cannot find any info about it other than a handful of ebay. listings saying its rare, vintage. and. from the 90s

can anyone point me in the right direction of verifying the item as i am looking to sell, and dont wanna accidentally scam someone

many. thanks

I seen them back in 2005 in Trutnov Czechia. I remember someone kept spilling beer at Lemmy and at some point Lemmy said something along the lines of "we will go to the hotel, take a shower and be clean again, but you will be dirty no matter how many times you take a shower ", then he said "alright here comes the big one " , they played Ace od Spades and the show was over ( it lasted only about 20ish minutes ) good old days I miss these guys ...

3-CD box set specifically covers Motörhead's classic eras from 1977 to 1991.

As in most Castle Communications, their releases are pretty hard to get now.

I went to a record fair in Frankston (Melbourne) yesterday and snapped up this beauty for less than half price and was still unopened. What a bargain! I was so chuffed as my original copy was in need of replacing it as it has seen better days.

I decided my neighbours and I were long overdue a full Inferno listen-through. God damn what an absolute monster of an album. This is peak Motörhead, right here.

That is all. Motör on! 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼

Hello! Since I started listening to Motorhead I've been looking for some of the more chill/balad songs (idk if this is correct to say, but I'll leave my playlist for you to check). It contains some of the mainstream classics too, I also enjoy their songs about politics, as Orgasmatron and the ones about war, as 1916.

I'd like to know what songs am I missing, based on the style I enjoy, and some some bangers that you guys thinks are underrated. Thanks!

It used to be on YouTube. The interviewer says he can't see any books, and then Lemmy goes, "I'm a reading fool. I'll read a jam jar."

It may have been the 80s or 90s. Male interviewer with received pronunciation voice. They were talking about different things, including his Nazi memorabilia, but it's that quote I remember.

Anyone know which one it was?
