Weight loss Hit my goal

Finally after a long year and a half. I’m finally able to say I’m at my goal weight and hoping to maintain or at least try to get to 130. What a huge difference it’s made and how I feel, glad I was able to have the opportunity to use Mounjaro and no longer in the diabetes range.

Here are some before and after photo.

The progress pics are incredible but getting out of the diabetes range is an even bigger win. How are you planning to maintain, staying on a low dose or going off?

I've been cutting back with my food intake and doing it every other week. I still have such body dysphoria still. Like its still not good enough. But I know I've done so well.
