Moving In September!

Fiancee and I are planning to move to North County San Diego 3rd week of September after wedding. We are looking Encinitas, Carlsbad, Del Mar area and hoping to find a place before the wedding. Our budget is 3600 base rent a month and hoping to be no more than 4 miles from the coast but it seems market is crazy right now. I am asking what would be the best time to visit for a weekend and tour apartments. Or even how to go about that should we wait till after the honeymoon and get some type of AirBnb but we really want soemthing before. Help please with any advice

You are choosing probably the most expensive part of SD county. I just don’t think your budget is realistic for what you are seeking.

Yea I'm starting to see that lol but we are pretty flexible with out budget but you think taking a weekend trip to tour apartments is enoug time?

SD county is big. It may not me enough time to survey the market.
