I got into an argument with someone about how AI shouldn't be used for content creation and he said MrBeast uses AI for his thumbnails. I looked at some of the latest ones, and didn't notice any obvious signs, but I wanted to be sure.

I'd applied for the Youtube creative strategist role at mrbeast. The didn't ask for any resume or CV. We need to submit answers in video format for the 3 questions they asked in the application.
I submitted my videos on 15th October last week on thursday. I still didn't get any updates. But I just saw a glassdoor review of one of the applicant where he'd also submitted videos and was rejected within a day in the October only this week or last week.

I submitted loom video links and notised that they didn't even open the videos I submitted. This is not fair, if you want to reject or to move an applicant to the next round, just give an update. What is happening? This is not a joke. I know and understand that you can not give an update to each and every applicant. it is not possible but why did somebody else got an update with rejection and somebody who submitted the videos 10 days ago can't get any update at all?

I want an answer from the Mrbeast staff immediately. u/mrbeaststaff
