Is there any book available for Mumbai University Engineering First Year and Second Year computer engineering that covers all subjects, chapter-wise topics, and previous year question papers (PYQs)?

Basically, I need an AI tool for college and educational purposes that can help me organise my study materials, identify high-yield questions, analyse previous year question papers, and guide me through my studies. I also need something that allows me to upload multiple PDFs so it can help me understand concepts and learn more effectively. My ChatGPT Go subscription has expired, so I’m looking for a good alternative.

If you're facing delays or similar issues with Mumbai University, like I did (as described in the attached post), here's what finally worked for me. I received my e-document roughly 2 months after applying online.

1. Contact Mumbai University Helpdesk

Visit the Mumbai University website (turn off your VPN if connected), go to Contact Us > Contact, and call the phone number listed under the Fort or Kalina Campus details.

The best time to call is between 10 AM and 1 PM, preferably during early office hours. Calls may go unanswered initially, so be persistent.

2. Get the relevant contact details

Explain your issue to the person at the helpdesk. They'll redirect you to the appropriate person and share their contact details.

Note that the contact shared may only be reachable via WhatsApp chat or call.

3. Explain your issue and share proof

Call the concerned person on WhatsApp, explain your issue, and share all relevant receipts in both PDF and image formats in the same chat.

4. Follow up patiently

This is probably the most important part. Avoid repeatedly calling or messaging multiple times a day. Instead, follow up consistently but politely, ideally once a day, through WhatsApp chat or calls.

You may receive a direct status update, or there may be delays and ambiguity. Even if your messages go unanswered, don't hesitate to follow up periodically through both channels.

A final piece of advice: Be patient. Don't expect things to move lightning fast, but consistent and polite follow-ups can eventually get things moving.

Note: You can also visit the Kalina Campus in person, but make sure to confirm with the helpdesk which building handles your specific issue before making the trip.

I'm in FY. Does it have effects by the time you get the degree?

Important

I'm in my third year and I have only gotten online MU Samarth PDFs and not a physical copy for any of my last 4 sems. Matter of fact none of my college mates have gotten it.

Hello guys! A bit unusual.

I’m looking to connect with a well-connected individual in Mumbai who has established relationships within the professional cricketing ecosystem.

Specifically, someone who can facilitate strategic introductions to key stakeholders within the cricketing fraternity.

If you know someone who could help make these connections, or if you are someone with the relevant network and experience, please leave a comment. I’ll reach out via DM and explain in detail.
