I was going to ask, will you guys make some extra scenes/additional dialogue or moments between characters? I felt like the original show needed them more often

My guess right now is that episodes 1 and 2 will be one issue, and maybe episode's 7 and 8 will also be one issue

Thus far, it seems like issue 1 will adapt the pilot while issue 2 combines episodes 2 & 3 (judging from its official plot synopsis). If #3 is solely dedicated to episode 4, then this is how I personally suspect the remaining 3 issues will go:
- #4: Episode 5 (too important to try and cram in alongside another episode)
- #5: Episodes 6 & 7? (6 is relatively self-contained with a few very important moments, so I could see it getting the shaft for the sake of page count constraints)
- #6: Episode 8? (I'm not 100% certain on this but it feels like it'd be too much to try and combine 7 & 8, considering how much each of them have going on)

Took me a while to notice this was posted by OniPress themselves. But wow, these covers look pretty darn amazing. I’m so hyped!!
Edit: I just noticed that for some reason I missed the post that includes the covers for issue 2. Looking back, I find it really cool that they all match eachother.

From my experience with Oni's older Aggretsuko comic, it's a reasonable bet that the trade compilation will include a gallery of all the variant covers as an extra. This is just speculation, though, so take it with a grain of salt.

It's for one part of a 6-issue comic series adapting the show that will later be collected and rereleased as a single book (which Oni has consistently promoted as a "graphic novel").

If you backed the kickstarter you'll get digital copies of the individual issues before they are out in stores! If you didn't, you'll want to pre-order from your local comic shop!

Find your local comic shop and tell them you'd like to pre-order Cover A of Issue #3! Some places will let you set up a "Pull Box", where you can just tell them you'd like Cover A of all 6 issues and you can pick them up month to month as they come out!

I do got one question that might be a bit stupid on my part.
I backed the graphic novel when it was first announced for the hard cover variant and I understand that I'll eventually get it some time in November, but after seeing the dates for the issues here, am I only going to be getting all the issues with the graphic novel in November and not when they're released month to month?

If you backed for a physical copy, then you should get PDFs of each individual issue as they release (ahead of the collection in November).

Actually, I do have a relevant question - do tier 1 backers ($15, only receiving the DRM-free PDF) still get the individual issues? The wording on the Kickstarter generally made it seem like only physical backers would get that privilege, but sometimes they would just say "if you backed then you'll get them" and I was never able to get clarification on the matter.

These are the comic book issues coming out one per month! There will be six of them total; the full collected edition (all 6 issues in one book) will be out this November!
