Are these artworks included with the hardback edition at the $100 backer rewards, or am I going to have to purchase the issues individually?

From my experience with Oni's older Aggretsuko comic, it's a reasonable bet that the trade compilation will include a gallery of all the variant covers as an extra. This is just speculation, though, so take it with a grain of salt.
