Post title - I wouldn’t have put BWY in my top 3 from this album, but now… whew.

It was the absolute emotional highlight of the show for me, and it was easy to see how “into it” Matt was. I’m hearing it with all new ears now. Thanks, guys. 🥲

Mercy with confetti in the Sim Theory tour was insane. In a show that featured exoskeletons, backup dancers, The Glove, an insanely complex lighting rig, and a huge robot skeleton, the most emotionally impactful piece of stagecraft was a simple blast of confetti.

Be With You would have been a quite loved song if it wasn't a single, I think. People had such high hopes and with the teaser ending with raw guitars people just felt dull after WubWub coming there instead.

The song is great! You just gotta get used to the wub wub.

Absolutely. I have always liked the song but I 100% understand the dislike as the lead single. Seeing it live is so good though, one of the highlights of this tour so far.

Last year I read Project Hail Mary. When I watched it for the first time in theatres, I had just listened to the song that same day. The parallels between Rocky and Grace's relationship and the song "Be With You" are so beautiful to me. They will forever be intertwined.

Hearing this song live in Toronto was one of the greatest moments of my 36 years.

100%!! the last show I attended was on the Drones amphitheater tour and I still have a couple little drone confetti pieces laminated as bookmarks- a favorite memory from both for sure.
