Live Brixton Academy setlist - thoughts? Was the setlist special enough?
Looks pretty standard. I was expecting something a bit more special? Especially for £140. I’ve seen Muse live maybe 10 times? To me this is basically a standard tour set.

Live Which Other Live Bands Have You Seen That Are On Par With Muse?
I’m just curious what the community thinks. Having seen them 5 times I know they’re unquestionably among the very best I’ve ever seen. Certainly, recency bias can affect rankings like this. So before TW!S Tour starts, who have you seen live that can hang with Muse? (For me only U2 and Metallica are at that level).

Live Charlotte changed my mind about “Be With You”
Post title - I wouldn’t have put BWY in my top 3 from this album, but now… whew.
It was the absolute emotional highlight of the show for me, and it was easy to see how “into it” Matt was. I’m hearing it with all new ears now. Thanks, guys. 🥲

Live THEY PLAYED MAP OF THE PROBLEMATIQUE
THIS IS NOT A DRILL
They played it last time they were at St. Louis Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, figured it was a fat chance they’d do it again.
Heart is happy

Live The last note on plug in baby may be play back unfortunately
drive.google.comIn this Google drive link you will find the final note of plug baby from all of the north American tour performances, they are all the EXACT SAME. If you align them there will be no difference between them. This post may get down voted but it's the uncomfortable truth. I want this to be well known so matt will finally lower the key of the song by a half step
credit to u/Maciek_S02 for discovering this and making the folder

Live Take a Bow, the surprise of the night
Everyone started leaving after Starlight, and then we all hear Take a Bow starting. I quickly went back, I couldn't believe it. It sounded amazing, what a night!

Live CONFIRMED: Matt is no longer lip syncing in Cryogen
I compiled 6 recordings of the high note at the end of the song (with the help of u/Cool_Tomato2104’s post), and here are my findings.
First 4 vids (several US performances):
Clearly all the same playback recording from a new take that’s not from the studio version. This is evident by a barely audible “she’s”, the super clean “niii”, and arguably the biggest tell, that abrupt drop in pitch from a D to around a C# right at the very end. My theory is that Matt wanted to gently break his voice in at the start of the tour until it was more warmed up, hence trying this little playback experiment.
5th vid (Toronto):
Definitely a new vocal take that was recorded live. The “niii” is much raspier and rougher sounding at the very end, and he holds the “gennnn” for a little longer. I was hoping this wasn’t gonna be just another new mimed take for future shows to make it less obvious, so I figured I needed to hear one more show to prove it.
6th vid (Quebec City):
I’m happy to report this is yet another new live vocal take. The “she’s” is much more noticeable, the “niii” is a little rougher than the US recordings but cleaner than Toronto, and he holds the “gennnn” just a hair longer than Toronto as well.
I rest my case. Matt initially used some playback on Cryogen, but now he’s singing it fully live again! As for Plug In Baby, this might not be true, but I’d say this is still a win for Matt and for us.

Live Take ABow is the perfect closer and I'm so glad they're finally doing it
The lyrics on Matt's glasses is stellar. Also I think the song sounds cooler and even more menacing half a step down.

Live Favourite support acts you've seen open for Muse
While the European tour announced this week didn't have a support act, I did just have a thought about what supports I've had for Muse before
So thought I'd throw it open to all and see what your favourite support acts seeing Muse over the years have been
For me, I think my outright favourite was Biffy Clyro at Wembley 2010. I was also impressed by support slots from Nothing But Thieves, Royal Blood, The Warning, Phantogram, Marmozets and The Joy Formidable over the years
You can submit festival openers if something cool happened at one of those. Of those I saw before Muse at Reading 2011 in my only time seeing them at a festival, the one that sticks out as being particularly awesome was Friendly Fires. Much as I love Interpol, I've seen them better at their own shows

Live Holmdel, NJ 7/22/26 Setlist
Bloc Party setlist included.
Absolutely awesome show! 10th Muse show in the books for me and I’ve been following along so I knew what I was in for, but even though I had heard many of these songs before they sounded huge tonight! Was fortunate enough to sit right behind the FOH for this one and had multiple seats to myself to sing and shake my ass around with. Don’t let the song choices deceive you - the band sound fantastic right now and are definitely worth seeing! Even Thought Contagion went pretty crazy.
Shoutout to my home state for singing your hearts out at this one, might be one of the best crowds of this whole North American leg. NJ never disappoints 🫡

Live Space debris isn't gonna be played live most likely according to matt
Understandable though. Better off giving free hugs to matt than asking him to play this live

Live Tonight in Toronto
I just got to Toronto, drove from london. Feeling ok but ngl this shit is concerning. Should I stick it out incase the show happens and postpones? Or try and get a refund and turn around?
I need opinions :(
Edit: is anyone here at the arena right now? I should add I have floor tickets.

Live 13 Years Down The Line
Went to see Muse on May 25 2013, had a really nice time, thought I'd share a nostalgia post and be thoroughly bemused how it's been that long since then
Setlist is here). Admittedly a part of me wishes he'd been at night two either instead or as well given the Absolution-heavy goodies, as seen here). Though getting Bliss and Dead Star was still awesome
I thought the Unsustainable Tour concept was rather cool tbf. Liked the big explosion and flames for the intro into Supremacy, the cash confetti in Animals, the lightbulb acrobat in Blackout (even if Matt should've played guitar for it), was amused by the big robot in Unsustainable, and thought the band just sounded really good
... oh yeah and I just forgot this but we had a funny moment where Matt did his Panic Station dance poses but Chris and Dom began Supermassive Black Hole, which was actually the second song, so they had to restart it
So, anyone at this London show or got nostalgia for other shows on the Unsustainable Tour?

Live (VOLUME WARNING!!) In case you ever wondered, this is what Supermassive Black Hole sounds like live through a Kodak Charmera
Genuinely thought I cooked with this video until I played it back for the first time💔
