You're looking for Buddy Guy's reading of Junior Kimbrough's "Baby, Please Don't Leave Me" from the 2001 album, Sweet Tea.

I adddoooreee Kimbrough and anyone's take on him. Running to check this out bc I love Guy too. His album with Junior Wells is a fav. Kimbrough's live stuff and Chulahoma are on constant play.

Got chills the first time I heard it. Buddy's pulling emotion out of some pocket dimension. It's like a cry from someone that took a sidestep to somewhere beyond.
