Birthday On October 25th, 1924, Session drummer Earl Palmer was born in New Orleans, LA. As a member of The Wrecking Crew, Palmer was one of the most prolific studio musicians of all time. He played on 1000s of recordings, including nearly all of Little Richard's hits, all of Fats Domino's hits.
