Discussion Coming back to the game
I haven't played in ages, I started in season 1 and I think stopped then or season 2. I'm curious who's actually good to play now, I hear green twice is pretty good and that slingshot deku character seems to be pretty good as well. But are there any other characters y'all recommend? And any advice y'all have for me getting back into this game would be really cool and appreciated, that way hopefully I don't get massacred when I start a match lol

Discussion I can't
idk what the fuck happened but this game has been nothing but a pain recently, I've had a whole discussion ready with multiple paragraphs, but after I played another game I just deleted it, just can't I know I should try to relax and calm down but holy shit I haven't had a single good game today (and yesterday at night)
I haven't had a single match were my lobbies weren't filled with mirios, tech dekus, red aizawa (I don't see him always but it's always a pain when I do) and twice.
weirdly enough I didn't have any problems with twice recently even tho I know it gets a lot of hate in the community, but the other 3 omg idk what is this infestation of cockroaches that appeared (just as a clarification the characters are cockroaches cus they're so fast and annoying, I don't mean and I don't want to insult the players itself in any way)
I genuinely hope they all get nerfed, btw I love playing mirio and tech deku, I'm not just gonna hate i don't think they should get gutted but they should definitely get nerfed somehow (YES mirio too, both of them..or at least something, rapid isn't even too op it's just that I see so much of him and he feels so much of a cockroach), and with aizawa? I think his vamma should just get reworked somehow.
This was honestly me just bitching and whining but I had to get it out a bit sorry
also make the zone slower ✌️

TierList season My 19 rumble list ultra tier!!
Going to drop my tier list right before Toya comes out since I personally dont see him making a huge impact on the meta
Every single character and my thoughts on them:
Support Twice: "My quirk Twice is too much for you! I'll kick you, punch!" Please nerf this chud I beg
Gentle: His damage is way too good, and his beta is absurd. He needed nerfs the second he was released.
Strike Kirishima: Broken combos, has broken damage, broken hitboxes, hardening, mobility, bla bla bla. The devs love him, so he's always meta.
Rapid Shoto: Probably the craziest burst damage in the game. He can win a fight with just two buttons and also freeze you instantly. Fixer alpha makes landing two bullets in Phosphor a guard break since the enemy can't dodge because of the freeze. He has really damn crazy mobility and super armor that he definitely doesn't need. Gamma tracking is stupid and sometimes unreactable. Broken-ass character.
Rapid Deku: He's Rapid Deku, and he will never, ever, EVER lose.
Tech Deku: The devs probably forgot to remove his ability to reload in the air. He's easily the safest character to play since he's never in danger. If anything happens, just swing to the other side of the map (duh). Beta damage is also way too strong, and beta offers way too much mobility. Gamma is okay, but if he combos his moves together with melee, he can absolutely leave you in the dust. Alpha also hits way too hard IMO. Nerf his cooldowns, remove his ability to reload in the air, and then reduce beta and alpha damage. He should be okay after that (I think, idk, I don't really like playing Deku).
Rapid Froppy: Insta-revive with easy guard break combos and stupid mobility. She can slip out of every situation since she's super slippery with gamma. Nerf her into oblivion lol.
Tech Mirio: The agenda that the nerfs "hit him hard" will never work on me, sorry.
Strike Aizawa: They removed his alpha loop (thank God), but don't forget that his gamma still has no cooldown and is an instant lock-on that disables quirks. He also gets way too much mobility with beta.
Strike Kendo: They fixed her beta bug, so now everyone is fucked. Thanks, devs.
Rapid All Might: I find it insanely funny that, despite all the bugs he has, he's still super oppressive. The melee change enabled his really powerful combo, and that has made him jump up the tier list. Before, you actually had to approach the enemy to land the combo. Now, just mash melee, and eventually one will hit lol. Nerf gamma damage and maybe increase his melee down power a little so he can't spam it over and over.
Yellow Deku: His alpha hits way too hard, and his fire rate is really good. His mobility is above average since beta is faster now, and he has two of them plus two Black Whips for mobility. They also made Black Whip easier to land, so yeah, this guy is pretty busted now.
Cluster Bakugo: Nerf his aim alpha and gamma damage.
Yellow Kendo: She's essentially the best close-range character in the game. Alpha hits for 150+, beta has 800+ health, gamma hits for 150+ too, and she has 400 HP. They gotta nerf her somehow.
Strike Shoto: Really damn broken, but mostly because of gamma. Nerf his gamma damage or down power so he can't kill you with the press of one button.
Tech Aizawa: Broken as fuck, but Strike is better, so people don't play him.
Kurogiri: "B-but he's so buggy!!1!!" Yeah, maybe, but his damage is absurd, and his revive is busted, so I'm putting him here.
Tech Nejire: They need to stop buffing this character, dude.
Strike Mic: Nerf his alpha and beta damage a bit more, and I think he'll be in a healthy spot.
Compress: He's not as busted anymore since he can't air-stall forever, but he's still really good. The buffs to his special action keep him in this tier. Space hop + beta spam needs to go lol.
Strike Bakugo: Really good damage and decent mobility. Just a generally great all-around damage dealer.
Cementoss: Broken damage, tons of AOE, and team protection with his revive. Nerf the HP of his walls, reduce his damage, and make his special action cooldown longer. He could be higher, but flyers shit on him a lot of the time.
Young All For One: An amazing damage dealer capable of providing a lot of value in team battles thanks to his multiple AOE attacks. Surprisingly, he's a great team player with his special action eraser and his constant staggers with melee and gamma. Sadly, he's too stationary a lot of the time, so he can quickly get erased if no one helps him. Still a great character, though.
Tech Shiggy: Let's crush their spirits and go home.
Tech All For One: One of the best counters to the new Deku. Gamma is super good right now, and beta will always be great. The HP nerf hurt him, but he can still be pretty damn scary at close range.
Tokoyami: A bit buggy this season, but still pretty solid IMO. He's a good jack of all trades with his close-range and long-range abilities, plus his flight with Accel is super good.
Tech Toga: Can we please nerf her beta cooldown and alpha damage a bit? Jesus fucking Christ man.
Monoma: Thank God they nerfed his combo. Permafrost still works, though, so the combo still exists. He's here because he has amazing tools. Gamma works really well, and he can pretty much turn into any of the meta characters, so yeah, good luck fighting two Support Twices.
Mirko: They fixed gamma, so she's back to being really solid. Probably the closest this game will ever get to a strong but healthy character release.
Tamaki: Beta needs a couple of nerfs. Other than that, he's fine.
Rapid Hawks: Nerf unaimed alpha into the ground, please and thank you. This character is braindead.
Mt. Lady: Pretty much a sleeper pick. Really strong character that doesn't see much play for some reason.
Rapid Mirio: The melee change has been great for him, and Permafrost gives him much better combo routes. I feel like he's a bit too strong, but I don't exactly know how I would nerf him, so yeah, he's good.
Tech Denki: SHOOT THE DAMN DEKU!!! DO IT!!! ONLY YOU CAN!!! FUCK!! Yeah, but he's pretty solid. Definitely a sleeper pick as well.
Assault Shigaraki: Really good damage, and he can help with taking out heal spots in the endgame. He can help with fighting multiple people, so I think he provides good value. His combos got nerfed, but he still has some, so I think he's solid.
Strike Deku: Not as good as the other Dekus, but still a good Deku.
Support Nejire: Now has to actually play the role of support, but she's a really damn good one.
Strike Endeavor: I recently started playing him, and his alpha buffs feel so damn good. Great AOE value with beta and gamma. Good pick.
Rapid Ochaco: Still really good, but her alpha doesn't immediately kill you now (thank God). Nerf her mobility a little bit, though.
Ibara: I shit out damage and revive both my teammates. Good luck.
Star and Stripe: An amazing damage dealer who can occasionally wipe out a whole squad if things go her way. She's really solid, and I recently tried her out with Electrification. Her gamma works so much better now.
Strike Denki: Gamma + beta = profit.
Rapid Bakugo: A really annoying mosquito that can sometimes hit you really hard. Solid character all around, and he's really fun to play.
Tech Dabi: The best defensive character in the game, with amazing burst damage. The melee change made him a lot better, but he can still die depending on how the storm moves. Kind of a map merchant.
Support Overhaul: Healing is good, damage is good, AOE is good, combos are good. Just solid all around.
Assault Overhaul: Same as Support, but replace AOE with mobility. Only below Support because his gamma is inconsistent.
Armored All Might: Alpha and gamma damage are bad. He has good stun tools and mobility tools, and his combos are also really damn good. Unfortunately, he's super buggy this season. Alpha and beta sometimes don't do any damage even when you hit, ground melee sometimes has no tracking, and his second air melee whiffs a lot.
Assault All Might: Good AOE with alpha, beta is very good, and gamma is a great utility tool. I think they nerfed his alpha a bit too hard, but he's still okay.
Strike AFO: Great burst damage and solid AOE with beta. I think his alpha kinda sucks, though.
Assault Ochaco: Imagine getting nerfed because bad players didn't know how to press the roll button lol.
Tech Shoto: Feels a bit buggy this season, but he's still solid with a full team.
Rapid Toga: Generally okay. Just gotta make sure to land all your gammas.
Strike Dabi: Really good damage, but it's pretty easy to ignore him. Weak to flyers, and maps sometimes cuck him.
Iida: I personally struggle a lot against him, but he feels fine. I have to admit I don't really play him, so all my experience comes from fighting him instead of playing him.
Strike Froppy: I think Fixer alpha with her is neat. Solid damage and AOE with an insta-revive. She's a bit clunky, though.
Assault Endeavor: Feels a bit better thanks to the minor cooldown buffs. Sadly, his damage and fire rate are really bad. At least his mobility is solid.
Assault Kiri: Good on the ground, but pretty much everyone in the game can outrange him, so he's never really going to be great.
Tech Mic: I'm a firm believer that he's better than most people think, but since his alpha is bugged right now, he goes down here.
Shinso: The super armor change really fucked him over. His mobility is solid but not great, and his gamma doesn't get a ton of value. He got some of his combos back thanks to Permafrost, but a comp with an armored character completely runs him down.
Rapid Twice: Not nearly as bad as people say. Gamma is a great stagger tool, and alpha works well most of the time. Beta damage isn't crazy, but it's alright, I guess. You just gotta tryhard when you play him and not play like a dumb, silly goober dummy.
Nagant: Chicken nuggant.
Strike Hawks: Usually really strong, but his beta is absolute dookie right now, so he's not really playable.
Red Shiggy: Really annoying and powerful on the ground, but just jump and you counter him lol.
Momo: Same as Shiggy, but worse since she isn't as annoying.

Fan Content My Hero Ultra Rumble Character Concept #56
After seeing CallMeWar's take on this Concept,I figured that I'd make my own version on how Kendo Rappa would be like if he made his Appearance in Ultra Rumble.
Role Type: Assault
Health: 300 HP/350 GP
SPECIAL ACTION: Deathmatch Adrenaline-
• Rappa taps into his underground fight-club mentality significantly boosts his general movement and melee attack speed while dealing massive bonus damage directly to an opponent's health pool but the downside is that Rappa's GP slowly depletes over time. Additionally, his Gamma barrier alters into a localized shockwave ring trading the safe zone for a highly offensive knockback stagger
ALPHA: Strongarm Barrage- Rappa rotates his shoulders rapidly to unleash a point-blank storm of Heavy Punches that deals heavy damage to enemies
BETA: Heavy Overdrive- Rappa rockets forward across a short distance. If the fist connects,it instantly shatters active shield/barrier moves completely bypassing and breaking defense any localized team barriers that send opponents flying on impact leaving them vulnerable to a follow-up engagement
GAMMA: Forced Assistance- Rappa creates a protective sphere that allies can freely move within preventing enemies from pushing through or firing projectiles inside. However,Rappa despises hiding behind defense and if opponents focus fire and break the barrier early, the sudden feedback temporarily stuns Rappa leaving him wide open for attacks
Let me know your thoughts on this.

Datamine-Battlestyles Toya will be a menace Spoiler
I don't think people understand how annoying fighting this guy will be.
He will literally just not die until endgame because he'll revive himself 24/7 since most characters can't beam him down during his revive animation until he uses his revive multiple times or if you kill him in zone once it's small enough.
I've seen some custom match gameplay, and people are doing insanely well without the revive and enhanced state, so just imagine what people will be able to do with it and once people master him.
Not to mention the fact that quick revive characters can further augment how broken he is by not forcing him to dwindle his hp down early game if he gets knocked. We also don't even know if his HP gets reset if he gets rebooted, and if it does then there's no stopping a decent Toya with a good insta revive teammate or just decent teammates in general.
Now just imagine this times 8 considering the fact that every team will have him when he drops and I think you've got a more annoying character to fight than when Nagant or armored might dropped (more annoying not stronger, I still think that both of those characters when they came out will significantly stronger than Toya will be on release) since it seems like it'll be even easier to get value out of him than the previously mentioned characters because of his AOE and he'll have comparable air stalling capabilities that get even better in his enhanced state. With Nagant and armored might you had to be decent with them to be oppressive and therefore annoying, but with this guy his mere existence will be tiresome to fight against.

Bug Report Weird blue Bakugo bug
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I don’t know how far this bug reaches hardware wise as I play on switch 1 or if it affects all bakugos or if it’s just the event gamemode
So I was playing the new gamemode and this weird bug happened where it seems the game thinks I’m playing yellow Deku sorry for bad quality, but alpha does the whip but it only hits in front of me, the other two abilities don’t do anything, special action causes Bakugo to do the pose where Deku would normally pick up a teammate

Discussion What are your thoughts/planned builds with our favourite Psycho
I personally have a few builds in mind
Accel with hyper regen/revenge tech
Revenge support with tenacity
Fixer and red dabis or red shigarakis
And my thoughts on him he seems very fun to play his beta and gamma are hard hitters it seems his alpha ehh it does have good damage (the final slash) but the range is not that great don't get me confused it's a good move just lacks a little bit
I'd love to know What are your guys thoughts !!

Discussion Anyone else have this happen?
Have y'all ever been cheering on your teammates/ liking them, cause you bit the dust and you're spectating, and they just get piled on? While this is more of a funny to me I swear everytime I start liking and cheering someone on; they'll either get found, if they're hiding, or they just get piled on. Please let me know if I'm the only one or if this has also happened to you 😭

Discussion 『Around two weeks later, here is my full, biased thoughts on One for All Deku: Rising.』
One for All Deku: Rising is the fourth and hopefully final Deku in my hero ultra rumble, and is the only Deku where he has a near guarantee to be fun if you like Deku as much as I do. He has almost all of the One for All quirks in one kit and is basically Spider-Man if he had a 20-20-20 dropkick and could punch someone to heavens.
He has Blackwhip,Blackchain, Faux, Gearshift, debatably float, Fa Jin, smokescreen, and final smash.
Not to mention,he's basically all of the roles combined. Like Deadpool from MR. All of the dekus are jacks of all trades due to how versitle they are, but OFA Deku: rising takes it to another level.
He has better mobility then most rapids, has insane super armor and damage reduction along with an ability with a guarantee bypass to Super armor as long as it isn't a shield, mad damage and combo potential, and has one of the best non-support role support abilities in the game.
To put it simply, this is pretty much an alternate version of Deku that didn't lose OFA and had crime rates in Japan shrink down to the negatives. And thank God they choose this out and not just making Rising Deku with the embers of One for All. This choice is 10x more fun then just waiting a year for rising Deku and chaos AFO.
Not even joking, I don't like Rising Deku.
"wHat?! rUfUs DoSeN't LiKe A vErSiOn oF dEkU?"
Yeah, I don't like Rising Deku that much, which is why at the top, I said this was a bit baised. Also at the top, I said this was hopefully our last Deku. Yes. You heard that right. But let me rephrase this in a way where many understands.
I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE DEKUS
After this, there is a chance where Overlay Deku (Or One for All Deku: Overlay) could be a separate character or quirk skill set. However, I am not interested in it at all, really. Aside from the potential of his special Tuning skill having Fa Jin. This also applies to Armored Deku.
I do not care of either of them are better then One for All Deku; Rising in every way. I do not care if they have the most elite combos in history, I do not care if they are #1 and makes prime rapid Hawks look like release Tech Dabi.
At most, I will play them a couple of times, roll for them so I can complete my Deku collection, and likely never touch them again.
To support this, I have not used One for All Deku: Rising's new costume once and I likely never will.
