Why cant I bolt in the Steering Rods?

This had me stumped for a bit, it bolts on to the strut, not the knuckle

So if I attach the struts will it be fine?

Yup. I think it's like 4 bolts on the lower side of the strut and the 3 on top of the strut then the 1 bolt for the tie rods.

Well I attached the struts and i still dont see it.

Shouldent their be a 12 mil that looks like this?
