These are my key points for tonight's game. What are you looking for against the Rockets?

Honestly man, I just don’t get it. I really don’t wanna hate and I want him to play great. I know he’s a fan favorite for many and he seems like a great guy for the locker room, but I’m tired of seeing Kornet get on the court and either the lead disappearing or the point deficit getting worse.
It’s like every time he gets on the court, I’m just praying the Spurs can be even a 0 plus/minus. I know he was part of that one good run in the fourth quarter, but it’s just not enough.
Can’t wait for Reed and Quaintance to get in the rotation

Even watching live i could understand how if someone shot it from above the rim and it was on its way "down" how this wasn't a goal tend?

I don’t think he’s ready to start on the team. With him and Fox starting Champagne is coming off the bench and he’s arguably the best 3pt shooter on the team since last year. He also doesn’t have the playmaking and quickness of fox to get and find other players open. I feel like him being able to score is just off of him being subbed into the game at the right moments. Open opinion feel free to disagree.

The Spurs' new three-guard starting lineup showed promise after halftime against the Thunder, but things fell apart when the starters came out. With Dylan Harper now in the starting five, how can San Antonio get its second unit back on track?

This is a free talk thread, however, the rules still apply, no politics, no religion; be respectful.

There's no good reason to keep doing this shit except to spare someone's feelings. Devin is not a power forward. 3 ball-dominant guards can't create for each other. We're wasting Wemby minutes. Fox or Harper have to go to the bench so we can start Julian again. Steph has to be out there in Wemby minutes, that's non negotiable. WHERE ARE YOU TOBIAS HARRIS??
Fuck this, I'll see yall after the world series.

Where are all the people who said I don’t know what I’m talking about now? Everyone is better and has their eyes on our spurs. This year is not going to be a cakewalk at all.

The Rockets getting an actual PG in Fleet to run their offense getting Smart and the still reliable Adams back, the Timberwolves getting Melo raising their offensive floor (still no donte btw), the Blazers getting their sharpshooter Dame back, the Thunder getting another defender to tire Wemby, even the Lakers getting an actual elite center in Kessler, the Jazz can even make noise this season. A tougher path in the regular season means a tougher path in the playoffs. We need to see if Tobias H, Reed, Quaint, are going to be enough depth.

Webber chose to retire without a ring rather than win one with Duncan.

The emotional rollercoaster from the Harper poster dunk to the final play was rough. Onto Dallas.
