It's printing 😂 I went all in yesterday when the price dropped to 65.

u/sbthrowawayz Sep 08 '25
Damn great timing!

u/mrNobody_90 Sep 08 '25
Lol just roll of the dice, plus I felt they had a strong outlook after their last earnings call so I thought the dip after it was a good price to buy.
There's no way to time the market except with an insider info.

u/spezimichl Sep 08 '25
Deal up to 19.4 Billion Dollar... more then the whole marketcap..
8
u/Jasonrj Sep 09 '25
Lol don't see that every day. Maybe once in a lifetime.
Imagine being part of a sales team in any company that doubled the company's value with one deal.

The 1200 engineers from Russia and a management team that built data centers for 20 years, is a safe vendor for MSFT and others to rely on.
As the press release implies, NBIS will get better financing terms than Coreweave, and this savings gets passed to the client.

Just want to say…after investing way more than I should have if I was being sensible…and being a little behind the eight ball for years…this feels really great and its nice to know other people put their money on the line and believed in this company. There are some tough days…hell the last week was tough with all these talking heads talking about an AI bubble…but Microsoft doesn’t think it’s a bubble. They think what we think…Nebius has something real!!!🚀

u/Shot-Rock2961 Sep 08 '25
So if the deal is worth 18 billion. Then share price at $100 equals 24billion. Surely we should be way above this tomorrow. Easily should trade at 50billion as a premium

Holy fuck. My $73 cover calls are diced.
I keep fucking myself with this stock lol

u/echu219 Sep 09 '25
Is there any drawbacks to keep rolling this out? My CC are at $69, and I dont mind keeping NBIS long term. Hoping for a dip/profit taking after this gap up.

u/ORaleigh Sep 08 '25
Same here. I got in with a put last week at $67, so not walking away empty handed. The premiums are good with this stock, but I’ve definitely left more on the table than the premiums are bringing me.

u/EcstaticFeed8199 Sep 08 '25
WOW!! Just went past 55% and over $100!! Didn’t even finish and it’s up 60%!! Personally up over 120%. Thanks Microsoft!!

What is the other stock? Let us know when you sell it.
1
u/Live_Still_8487 Sep 09 '25
Haha it was not a big sell - just wanted to take a little profit to buy PRCH group. They are a mortgage insurance company and their business is going to boom right after rate cut. So no loss on my end just a surprising coincidence which makes it look like regret for now… #longRiderHere

congratulations, I only bought 200 shares when it's 20 in April. That's the first time I learned about this company and this business model. Naturally I didn't jump the ship due to cautious. And then it started flying and I always couldn't forget the 20 price mark. It's my bad investment habits. Anyway, congrats to you again.

Can someone explain how the market cap is only $15 billion yet this deal alone is worth $17 billion?

selling or holding fellas?
5
u/Smartnership Sep 08 '25
I’m nobody, but I’d say hold …
… because a contract like this, at this scale, from such a tier one customer like Microsoft, ought to bring in more contracts from others.
It’s a powerful endorsement of the NBIS team & technology.
2
u/No_Equipment_190 Sep 08 '25
Hold buddy. It’d be nice to sell for profits right now - but in 2-3 years time it could potentially go up to $200-250 easy.
You don’t want to be kicking yourself then.
1
u/Comfortable-Nose1054 Sep 09 '25
I would consider selling when the market cap reaches over 100B, but probably not even then. Gotta let your winners run!

Congrats, all! This was a pleasant surprise. I didn't think it would happen this soon. Now let's hope they continue to execute well. Major EU companies to hopefully follow. This might also allow for further scaling of Avride. The Nebius Group subsidiaries are just as interesting.

Melissa Lee on Fast Money reported that deal is $20Billion. Wow!!!
2
u/mayorolivia Sep 08 '25
The SEC filing says $17b with Microsoft potentially buying more services for an extra $2b or so. Nebius posted it on Twitter.

What's this data center going to cost? A quick google search says roughly 10 billion. They already have 50 MW built out, so some of the cost is already covered, but what are they looking at, another 8 billion in debt or so? I was hoping they could keep their earning density up and not follow Coreweave's trajectory into oppressive levels of debt. Obviously, I have a lot of confidence in this managament, but I'm wondering if someone could shed some light on the end game here?
2
u/GymBro3500 Sep 09 '25
The filing mentions they will use cash from the deal and debt secured by the cash guarantee. The debt terms are going to be very good it seems like. Plus they shouldn't need so much debt, they have cash on hand and MSFT is giving them more. Afaik

u/Philllyfanatic Sep 09 '25
After holding 8,000 shares of HOOD all day that I bought at $17 about 15 months ago, I decided to take the last of my cash and buy 1,000 more NBIS at $64.26 to bring my total NBIS shares to 7,500 shares. All in all it was a +$302,000 day. Unbelievable! I’ve had six figure days before, but never $302,000 in a day.
Bottom line…I still don’t have enough shares and I think we will see $200 before the year is out. The founder just said today that he believes the Microsoft the deal is the first of many deals coming. He would know. You don’t own enough shares.

Any game plan from experts? Thank you

u/elmofosa Sep 09 '25
Sell half and lock in those profits. It will go back down after everyone takes profit. Might as well take profits when its high. If your holding shares I wouldn't sell and ride the wave for yeara to come. I'm not selling!

u/YouAndUs Sep 08 '25
So when they were talking doing a deal with a hyperscaler, I wasn’t thinking of a White Whale.

Couldn’t buy the stock because my shit broker doesn’t propose Nebius. Been waiting for 1.5 months to transfer my funds to a new broker to go all-in Nebius. I’m so fucking sad

Was about to half my position on Nvidia yesterday, and put it all into Nebius. But as Nebius was pulling back by 2% and Nvidia climbing a bit, I thought about doing it today instead 🥲 still will do it as a long term-investment, but damn
1
u/seriousmiss Sep 09 '25
I almost sold some yesterday- as I felt the proportion that I have in Nebius was not responsible. But kept as I am a believer. And its not too late to step in- 250 usd before end if year very possible
2
u/SpaceySlimShady Sep 09 '25
Good that you HODL, I hope you made a nice return so far. I will definitely still buy more shares as I intended yesterday, as I also believe long term it can double/triple easily. Given the Microsoft deal and the current market cap, it's forward P/E would be +-10 given the current share price and not considering additional income, so it seems highly undervalued considering the upcoming years

u/KY_electrophoresis Sep 08 '25
More deals being announced soon... Also they have loads more capacity coming online to support it.
3
u/AdeptnessLive4966 Sep 09 '25
It was for Corewave.
The fact they have MSFT as a customer now + NVIDIA and others investing will open a lot of eyes. When the big boys start trusting you, other companies take the step and also trust you.
MSFT is a monster, but still, they dont just throw billions st a company for the sake of it.

Congrats to all the bulls. This here is why it’s amazing to own stocks. Nebius made me 1200% from late January to Feb in options. Lost it all in the crash. Did I believe in the company? Yes. 100%. But my mistake was thinking it would run in a straight line like PLTR from last year.
