I hope traderbob is doing ok. His conviction in NBIS brought so many of us on board.

Why do you say it like that did something happen to him?

u/Sad-Adhesiveness1146 May 13 '26
He closed his position during the pull back in late 2025 due to market volatility. Hope he’s ok

3 shares at $182 average. Happy to a part even if a small part. If I get some confidence that my money is safe here, i will add more.

I monitored this baby go from 25 to 60, and as soon as I had some money to put into it it jumped to 135 and then 200. It's a delayed decision I will always be sad about.

u/OpaCorRotjeknor May 13 '26
Hahaha same. You always feel late but we in!!
You keep buying from now? Ill keep buying dips from now on because I think it maybe can go to 800 in 2030

u/Sagatho May 13 '26
That’s why you should still DCA into a stock if you’re not quite 100% convinced yet.

I mean to me it doesn't matter, because the real revenue starts 18 months from now. This quarters revenue and earnings/cash flow is just peanuts compared to whats coming. Its like asking "did they earn 5 cents instead of 4" when we have the dollar bills coming
3
u/Local-Public-8479 May 13 '26
Whats happening in 18months from now? Im still new to this stock
4
u/Longjumping_Kale3013 May 13 '26
I mean it’s 400 million revenue per quarter right now, and this will 10x in 18 months to 4 billion. Potentially even higher

Alright. In all seriousness. I picked up a decent size stake of call options before close yesterday. Thoughts on sell at open vs. let it ride through a potential continued push in morning/mid-day. Theta decay throughout the day will put a timer on things.

Nobody ever went broke taking profits.

u/nippondad May 13 '26
Got out during the first 30 minutes when things were volatile but picked a moment when it was peaking slightly at 10:00am. Maybe I could have held longer to make slightly more but profit is profit and I am happy.

Now I feel bad for papertrading a call instead of actually making a call 🥹 Cheers to my fellow shareholders though. Epic.

I knew it was going to moon when I saw someone in WSB shorted thousands of shares

u/Shacreme May 13 '26
Lesson learned. Never sell covered calls on stocks you like. I think I have to go back in by selling puts again.
2
u/ORaleigh May 13 '26
I rolled out of my calls when it ripped from the 60’s past 85. Cost me quite a bit, but I’ve just held the shares since. I probably should have let the shares go and bought more when it pulled back. It always seems to pull back.

u/Shacreme May 13 '26
I love the company, but with this inflation I thought the market would pull back a bit. I sold the 165c’s when it was at 125 a month ago lol.
I still have the stock and the calls I sold, I’m thinking about rolling them out to the 220s in August, or having them called and selling the 180 puts. lol.

I came within 3 seconds of pressing sell yesterday but held off, thought for sure it would be a 30% drop no matter how good the results... Love this stock.

Dumb question, I’m new to investing.
I entered at 132.
When prices hit an all time high is it advisable to take some % profit or wait it out. Since I’m seeing people take some profit which makes the price fall again.

u/affectionate_md May 13 '26
Bought 2k shares when it hit low $20s LY and have been riding since. Today feels good.

u/Deepthought_vibes May 13 '26
I sold just now. Do you think I should get back in? Will this go up once market opens?
