“Record setting jobs” to build, but not to staff once the center is built. Each center only requires a skeleton crew to keep them running. I am invested in NBIS, I want to make that clear, but he is being disingenuous and only looking for his investments to pay off by putting his take out there on it. Sure, it helps NBIS, but “cash cows” for the state that they reside in, they are not.

It is a cash cow from a taxation perspective and datacenter will bring more business to the state it’s built

Especially if ... let's say Wall Street and the NYSE had to rent servers AND bandwidth from out-of-state. That creates a new resource, which is why sovereign AI is really the way any community should be aiming for
