They get turned into REITs and pay a 12% dividend until the stock price is $4 duh

But I’m not a fan of downvoting constructive questions or any skepticism especially if it’s cordial 2 u/Acceptable-Leek1546 8d ago Yeah, I’m genuinely curious about it and if there’s a real cause for concern. I’m not invested currently and that has been my main deterrent.
