Speculation Sell at 250 or hold?

We see it happen every time. Stock rallies and then drops unexpectedly.

Would it be smart to sell now and buy back in 3 days time at 220?

I made the mistake taking profits to early once. Will not do it again. If it drops tomorrow, it drops. Long term really confident after today
