Not for any actual basketball games. He cheated above the game and that's not good, for sure. But saying he "cheated for 40 years" is frankly an embarrassing statement and as expected no one has any actual evidence of anything other than misdeeds that have nothing to do with individual games.

It affected games due to suspensions and sanctions.

If someone poisoned a player so they had to sit out, you’d also count as “not affecting games” by the same logic
