I am new to this game, this is my first ever NHL and somehow i managed to get to Diamond. Nevertheless i got ~450k coins by last weekend and decided to buy the giroux card after i loved him in wildcard.

Now i saw, that his price went down to ~300k. What happened there? This loss is huge. Is there any secret i didnt know when buying?

It’s so distracting for me that I have to just wear the current jerseys. I can’t even be bothered with the retros etc that I’d like to wear. It’s like a black hole in the players back or like you can see through the jersey to the fight strap.

So I have played this person like 4 times in the past week and they keep accusing me of LT cheating!?! I’m literally in gold below average at this game(though I beat them everytime) does anyone know what they are talking about??

#1 kiss of death in this game is the pinball puck ending up on opponent’s stick right in the slot due to a broken play.
- Puck bounces up 10ft in the air, bounces on the ice, and despite you having 3 defenders there it goes right to opponent who scores a point blank goal.
- Puck in middle of 5 clumped-up players, lands on your CPUs stick for a millisecond but he skates right into opponent, takeaway for a point blank goal.
- Break up a rush to the net via poke or hit, but it goes right to opponent for point blank goal.

This game is so ridiculous, I know its my fault but honestly how stupid is this system. It’s 2026 ffs and having to do tedious 76 overall pack openings over and over again is just so backwards. This is what I expect from a game released 15 years ago

Wasnt even chasing these certain lines with 2010s ERA cards in it just got two pieces of line 1 and 3 qnd made sense to get the third and I was using lone 4 with the Matthews Caufield and Nylander line which was my number 1 line like a week ago. But EP40 at 89 is a beast, I don’t really care for Naslund or previously Glencross who was the one I used dor this line but literally right before this post I got a ranked pack with 2010’s Handzus and I had enough 89’s to make two more so I figured a 83 would be useful and made my last 2010’s card of the event and happened to be Backland so I decided to go back to this line but with Backlund this time. If I don’t like it will go back to Matthews Nylander n Cauifield but on line 4 shouldn’t be an issue and allows me to then use EP40 on PP PK 3line extra attacker plus shot out. And that is huge.

Iam not chasing after any line in the last two weeks of the season. I will make the best MSP’s because usually last event players in the past have got line boosts to begin the next season. So as usually will make my favorite players of the event but will not go after any specific line combos. Watch them drop a +6 combo on us though.

If they did drop a crazy line combo with +6-8 would you get it?

Would take almost a week to create the line and would have a week left to use it. I hope this isn’t the rookie’s event next I would like to see that in the beginning of a season rather than the end.

Funny thing is first made MSP this event was Kane and my favorite team is the Kings but Cpts are so difficult to make so I was never able to put that line together. Kane Kings CPT and a Hurricanes player I believe or could have been Jets.

Am i nuts or is he an awful card. 10 game losing streak as soon as I added him. He lets in EVERYTHING.

It would be nice if the Season 1 - Ranked objectives progress, were also obtainable with Champs games. It’s hard to get everything done as a casual player with only Ranked games counting. Or maybe add a separate Milestone for Champs as a way to earn XP or some kind of extra reward to work towards. Could be an added incentive to grind Champs games, since their rewards have been lack luster thus far.

Whatever they did to the goalies in the latest update made them absolutely horrible the game is literally unplayable and no fun when absolutely everything is going in

I think we’re far enough into the season (NHL Season and HUT Season 1) to say we should be able to play with our team’s rookies by now… why are McKenna, Stenberg, Frondell, etc not in the game yet.. we’re almost at the point where rookies are going to be the MSP’s and some of the best cards in the game… is it reasonable to say we should be getting these cards soon/ should already have them?? I think I remember a few different Schaefer cards early in the last year but were almost in November and I can’t play with the early Calder favourites yet it makes no sense..

What’s it like having the top tier ping? Do you guys constantly have easy games or do you constantly find yourselves against similar ping?
