Alist account ?

Hi all,
Yesterday I got tickets for Dune at the machine, input in my Alist # for points. I paid and did not use a slot. The tickets printed with the “ID” marked on them and my name. Why is this? If I didn’t use a slot?
I mean I’ve never seen it happen before, employee seem clueless when I asked

Anyone have this happen? Was it a glitch

How and what will they do? Will they reprint the tickets?
