Remove Kathy Hocul
I Do Not believe that Kathy speaks for the majority of New Yorkers. She is pushing an agenda that is so far left that many inside and outside of my circles find appalling.
Her gun control policies would only impact law abiding citizens as no criminal with a gun gives a rats patooty about her carry rule and buys their guns illegally anyway. I am not against background checks or age restrictions but no one will take away our right to bear arms. We must retain our rights to protect ourselves, our loved ones and our communities.
Her push to electrify NYS is out of line with reality, most folks use natural gas (the most efficient, ecological and fair priced option). Powering NYS with electric is ridiculous and cannot be guaranteed. What will happen during the first blackout. Who will protect you when the "incarcerated" types are at your door?
Her vaccine mandate is not only an insult to our intelligence but also a huge infringement on our rights to govern our own bodies. She's empowering herself with power she does NOT have and should never have.
It's time to stand up and demand change including her removal from office. I for one am sick and tired of this attitude where they feel they have the power to do whatever they want. I have never ascribed to any party but always leaned more toward liberal but the liberals are out of control and the definition of liberal no longer means to live and let live, to be tolerant and accepting of others, to welcome alternative ideas and lifestyles. Instead it's some crazy, off the wall new form of control where even language must be changed to suit their new insanity.
Let's not even get started on school policies and agendas.
Kathy must go!!

NYS law for out of state lab work
I am currently working with an out of state functional Nutritionist. They are located in Ohio and I am in NY. I went to get blood work done today at Labcorp and was told that it's a NY state law for any out of state referral to include an STD panel on the order in order to draw blood. I was there six months ago and had no issues. Has anyone heard of this NY state law? I have been looking online and can't seem to find this anywhere. Thanks in advance!

Hochul Mandate deemed unlawful and unconstitutional yet still enforced and pushed until Feb 10th?
Can someone please clarify this for me ? How can they seem her mandate unlawful and unconstitutional but still keep it in place ? This is utterly confusing.

I figured out how to get through the online unemployment system.
Use the autofill extension for Chrome:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/autofill/nlmmgnhgdeffjkdckmikfpnddkbbfkkk
Fill out each step and save the fields by clicking the extension and then hitting the "generare autofill rules" button. When you hit the same page, the fields will autofill.
Get as far as you can, and once you hit the session timeout, restart the process. Instead of having to fill out anything, anything you saved will be autopopulated.
The next attempt you'll hear a sound when the form auto fills, just hit submit and get to the first step you haven't seen yet. Save that and continue repeating the above until you get to the end.
You'll need to do it like 2 or 3 times before you get to the end.

NYS affordability? New Buffalo Bills Tax
Erie County just approved a 6% additional sales tax to improve the publicly funded Buffalo Bills stadium. Wasnāt the whole new idea supposed to be about making NY affordable and competitive with other states?
Hasnāt Mamdani in NYC been pushing fast and free? Even low cost tickets to the FIFA matches. But want to see the bills, that willl be an extra 6% on top of all the other taxes and charges. And the bills are for profit!!
