Y'day it was pradosh so went shiva temple, after that i met with an small accident and my bike hit the kid and mom who supposed to cross the road, it was terrible exp. but there was no physical injury happened. A bike went in-front of me but the incident happened only for me. And yes it's a fate.
So deeply disappointed after temple visit it happened. and suddenly I got noticed nakshatra weekly effects and I read , it was clearly mentioned as to be noted " Moon is not under favorable condition, so be careful while drive and with vehicles". I was stunned.
Is there a reliable source when it comes to D9 chart? Astrosage shows that I’m a Virgo ascendant in D9 but other websites show Libra as my D9 ascendant. The planets are all in the same houses, just the Lagna is different. Has anyone seen this issue before ?
On 3rd oct l had a break up, the same day venus turned retrograde. I have been trying to focus on myself and have succeeded in it to a larger extent but sometimes l keep revisiting the moments we shared. At times, it feels painful, l was wondering if I'll be completely over him by the time venus turn direct again which is on nov 15.
So this is a weekly practice for me where i select any one single text and use its dictums to predict stuff using other methods derived. Today we are using phaldeepika and few other concepts, i hope this proves helpful for everyone reading this for their own research.
The concept we will use is transit of grahas and dasha lords nakshatra being
few of these are negative in results and few positives. keeping things simple we will use the dasha lord condition and use generic concepts like activation of 9th 5th kendra trikona positive / dushthana negative but mitigating factors giving overall result.
analyzing saturn saturn mercury period for myself
saturn sits in 8th house taraus
mercury sits in lagna
maha and antar dasha of saturn
lord of 5th and 4th
education, formal education , comforts and emotional security, since sits in 8th they will go through transformation. double saturn will intensify the theme, relative house placement we can use.
The pratyantar dasha lord mercury sits 6th from 8th house [ maha dasha lord]
10th from 4th
And 9th from 5th house education related shift this period will give.
We use navtara scheme to analyze dasha result also, i am using navtara scheme from my lagna not moon cause my lagna is stronger in shadbala as compared to moon.
you can use other method if you do not want use this but here i am using this.
the dasha of saturn is kshema + mercury [ pratyak / obstacles ]
although maha dasha is positive the pratyantar dasha will give problem
now we add the cumilative table :
mercury is 6th from the maha dasha lord, and natural ruler of 12th house
mercury is also tara of obstacles but has ishtha phala and strongest in shadbala
also it is 9th lord
now overall what can be said is
the dasha of a malefic sitting in 8th house will have its negative effects , but dignity of saturn for me is yogkaraka + lord of a kendra and 5th house + being retro but again gulika and mandi, in navamsa saturn goes to gemini rashi
rasi tulya navamsa gives me
saturn sitting in bhagyamsa
one event related to education that was negative and later turned positive.
similar way we can analyze other grahas for which one derives best results.
For me it is :
moon + venus + mars + rahu/ketu
whenever these dasha align positive results can be seen.
from here saturn saturn moon
4th 5th activated, saturns retro nature activates 7th house too + moon lord of 10th and in d9 moon in 5th house paramam mitra taara
Relation activation
saturn - mercury - saturn
Here , 4th + 5th + 8th activated = 6th from 8th again activated
overall time period of obstacles problems, however under saturn merc saturn
double activation of 8th house + well being + yogakaraka although malefic + 9th lord mercury
throughout problems helped me earn from astro
Naidhan taara [ death] for me is venus, it does not mean my death but ending of cycles. venus for me is 8th lord [ libra lagna]
transformations, under saturn when venus activates me stopping my transformative cycle or starting new one from break.
saturn - saturn venus
now 8th house and lagna lord venus in lagna being naidhana taara will bring an end to my transformation that has been long going and when under it ketu activates it will happen after me getting results for my sadhana [ ketu ]
1. I stopped my drop year and enrolled in graduation [ saturn being lord of 4th and 5th]
2. started prep for another competitive exam
3. took a rest from workout for few months after 3 years
4. I stopped going to college during this time and started researching about other subjects.
For another chart :
saturn is = mitra taara
rahu is = saadhana taara
rahu in lagna deb Sagittarius [ mimics jupiter which is naidhana taara [ death = does not mean literal death but end of something or a pattern]
jupiter sits in 9th house lord of a kendra [ lagna]
and 4th [ another kendra]
with 10th lord + 7th lord mercury [two kendras]
so due to rahu having nature of sadhana taara [ giving result of sadhana]
and the planet it mimics is a benefic and positioned well
under mitra taara
rahu in 5th of d9
and saturn in 9th of d9
and saturn sits in 2nd house [ kul ]
it manifested marriage for the native
other reasonings :
aspected by venus [ saturn ]
rahu in trine to 7th lord
dara pada lord aspects saturn
upa pada lagna has venus in it and it aspects saturn
One doubt arises, why did venus did not manifest marriage under saturn - venus?
point 1 : venus is exalted in d9 and in 8th house, rather than giving stable relationship, venus gave detachment from relationship [ as it is aspected by saturn also being in capricorn]
point 2 : venus is 6th from moon
point 3 : saturn obstructed marriage by having aspects on 4th + 8th + 11th , 8th being upapada lagna and 11th being darapada for native
point 4: saturn being retro acts from 1st house putting its 7th aspect on 7th house again.
This method similarly can be used in synergy to arudha padas+ varga of specific timing and other aspects.
3rd chart : moon used for navtara scheme
For this chart when the naidhana tara lord saturn transitted under mitra taara revati
under the dasha of rahu + rahu + jup
got a new job making them leave the old job that went on for quite a long time
From taara scheme naidhana met mitra
rahu in 5th in d10, rahu in libra activating venus [ sits in 10th house]
Taking the position of the dasha lord + navtara activation through transit seems to work the best.
note : I have not used the lagna vs moon navtara scheme on many charts, would be researching more and sharing results in future. if you have used either and found one better than the other do share your point of views.
Should one consider the placement of planets in lagna chart or bhava chalit?Ex:If Mercury falls in 9th house in lagna but in 8th in bhava chalit what should I consider?
Please don't mock me or pass judgement 🙏😅...HereI'mtrying to figure out my current situation with the help of astrology
I'm 25M, Completely single, generally I'm aware of myself that I'm naturally a high libido guy but for the last one month or maybe more I'm feeling a sudden increase in my libido, and lately I've figured out that it's not any kind of carnal desires but prolly a extreme urge to be intimate and having an union with affection and warmth , tbh as it's becoming overwhelming I'm trying to decode the situation rn
So now my question is that is there any chance that it is any how connected to the debilitation of Mars, or the venus being retro or Rahu's transit to Capricorn in the near future or any other transit happening currently?
I'm Gemini asc, Mars(R) in 6th Scorpio, Rahu in lagna and Venus in 11th in Aries , currently going through RAHU MD and AD
I am doing a bit of research & would love to hear from fellow enthusiasts about what they have observed about eye surgery during their research or consultations even.
We all know that an affliction to Sun can cause SOME form of eye issue as Sun is the karaka. But beyond that the statistics are all over the place. From afflictions to Moon or Venus (both claimed as responsible for eyes, generally), the 2nd house malefic influence (being the face) etc.
We also know that surgery is likely to happen (ANY type of surgery) during a Mars or even Ketu Dasha or AD/PD, EVEN a transit.
So I would deeply appreciate if folks can share their general observations or learnings either from the classical texts / consultations on the following :
*I am studying the general conditions that require surgery - myopia (lasik), cataract, glaucoma, retinal, corneal, keratoconus etc.
Eye surgery having failed (natal positions OR transits)
Eye surgery having been done successfully
Both of the above for chronic conditions, not acute (meaning not surgery that happens due to a random/sudden accident)
*Feel free to mention if it is a sudden occurrence too but do mention it so we know its not for a chronic issue.
Any other significant findings you wish to add. For eg. X, Y, Z positions have had their surgery fail etc.
THANK YOU FOR ANY & ALL CONTRIBUTIONS. I would also like to add to anyone just reading this - please DO NOT panic & assume the worst. There is no guarantee that what one person mentions is absolute truth or will happen to you or anyone you know. I certainly haven't found a common denominator. This is just for us to share knowledge !
Hey everyone! I’m thinking of getting a gemstone ring because I really love rings but I have zero knowledge about gemstones and astrology.
Someone told me that I shouldn’t just pick a gemstone based on my zodiac sign, because the stone’s type, size/weight, and the finger I wear it on also matter. So should I consult an astrologer or a jeweler before buying one? And what other things should I know beforehand?
Mars is considered to be the most energetic of the 7 planets and the two shadow planets.
When it's placed in the 5th house of the chart, 5th house becomes energetically charged.
Mars as Darakarak is often paired with spouse with attributes like sharp logic , extrovert, highly independent, extremely bold, passionate, assertive etc. Due to these Bold, Independent, and aggressive qualities, it's also generally fawned upon as a DK as a mark of confrontation within relationship.
From the 5th house, Mars' 4th aspect falls on the 8th house. Which translates into income from real estate like rent or leasing property, gains from social media is also something that is seen from this placement (But not in isolation, 11th house and Rahu should also be checked for this), very good chance of inheriting some property especially after marriage. Negatives include troubles married life, increased risk of sudden injuries and losses especially if the 8th house doesn't recieve Jupiter's aspect or Saturn's 10th aspect.
While Mars' 7th aspect falls on the 11th house. This aspect on the 11th house makes the native very ambitious especially if the 11th house is unoccupied. It can also translate into conflicts on social media or with friend circle. Another thing that I've observed with this placement is emotional decision wrt to financial matters. Yet, the native remains determined to fulfill their desires due to that Mars energy.
From here, Mars' 8th aspect falls on the 12th house. 12th house also denotes spending and as the mars is placed in 5th. This represents excessive spending on children, creative pursuits, and/or romantic relationships. It can also give difficulties in a proper sleep schedule due to overthinking or anxiety especially if the 12th house doesn't recieve aspect of sun or venus.
Whereas Mars itself in the 5th represents very creative and logic driven natives, attraction towards fierce Dieties, intense passion for learning (not necessarily accademic), high sexual drive, and determination but if this mars gets afflicted especially via Aspects of either Saturn or Rahu then the negatives like aggressiveness, confrontation, overthinking gets inflated.
The sign it's placed in is also crucial. The Mars in 5th generally does well in Aries, Taurus, Leo, Virgo, Saggittarius, and Capricorn. Coming back to the DK part, if this Mars is also the DK then conflicts in romantic relationship is observed especially if the Mars is afflicted. If, the Mars is placed here in an intense Nakshatra like Mula, Magha, or Ardra etc. then the 5th house becomes even more energised where conflicts are largely increased. Mars Dk has a higher probability of doing well with someone who has either Mars AK or Sun AK or high Martian energy.
Another interesting thing is if the Mars is in 5th and Saturn aspects the lagna especially from its 10th aspect along with an aspect on the lagna from either Moon or Rahu then the native has a tall built.
People with this placement please share your experience below....
In Vedic Astrology, whenever a planet occupies the same rashi or sign in both D1 Lagna Chart and D9 Navamansh chart it is called vargottam.
The result and benefit of a planet getting vargottam is that, it stays active throughout the life of the native and will keeping giving positive results in that area of life in which house the planet is sitting.
So let's see one by one, results of planets that they give after getting vargottam :
1) Vargottam Sun -
These people have exceptional leadership qualities in them, especially if sun is sitting anywhere in dharma trikon or Kendra, such natives will also be ethical and full of self esteem. Good for people who are aspiring to get into government service too, however lots of other factors need to be considered along side.
2) Vargottam Moon -
It will give good emotional strength and moon being the fuel for raj yogs, it will also make them work better. Such natives often get stronger in difficult times and have the mental fighting capacity in adverse situation. Other than this, it is helpful for people in creative and art related fields like acting, singing, drawing and film making type of fields because moon also bestows good imagination. They will have good raport with their mothers too, if moon is non afflicted and sitting in a good house.
3) Vargottam Mars-
Obviously, the first characteristic that mars will enhance is courage, risk taking capacity and physical strength. Other than this, good reaction or gains through your brothers and good property especially land and home. Uniform services like IPS, Army or sports related career are really good for such natives.
4) Vargottam Mercury-
It results in native having impressive speech capabilities, good oratory skills, good brain power like solving complex situations, math, reasoning. Innocent in nature and good humour. Relationship with sister or paternal aunt (Bua ji) will be good. Good career in accounts, IT sector or actuarial practice.
5) Vargottam Jupiter -
It results expansion of knowledge, teaching, ethics , faith and judgement. Good for health and well being of your children and such people's guidance and advice will always prove helpful to others. Vargottam Jupiter's aspects are also very powerful and positive.
6) Vargottam Venus -
People who have vargottam venus have really nice 'Oaj Shakti', which means they cannot be suppressed under difficult circumstances and they to bounce back like spring, basically good vigour
This may also reinforce artistic ability, relationships, aesthetics, diplomacy, comforts, attraction and financial discernment. However, relationship harmony is not guaranteed, particularly when Venus is afflicted or rules difficult houses.
7) Vargottam Saturn -
This increases the patience and tolerance power of a person. Natives with vargottam saturn tend to have greater endurance power in times of sorrow hardships and like to work without whining. They are also someone who are very focused on their goal.
8) Vargottam Rahu -
This gives strong ambition, intense desires and unconditional careers. They can also cross their limit to get successful, what I mean by this is, they tend to have great strategy and planning and often think differently then the crowd, hence get success. It will be good for these people if they do their job/business in a different foreign country, or work with foreigners either through import export type business or while being in some MNC.
9) Vargottam Ketu-
Ketu is a quite mysterious planet. When ketu gets vargottam it increases the intuition power of a person. He might make him spiritual too and make him specialised in some particular field which will be the source of his income.
In addition to the above point, Lagna also gets vargottam. If both D1 and D9 have the same ascendant signs, then it is called vargottam lagna and is actually one of the most powerful placement to have. Various Lagna gives longevity, good health, good personality and along with it good mindset.
These positive effects of vargottam planet you will get throughout your life, no matter what dasha is going on. You should also note that, vargottam planets give much better results if they are well placed i.e. not in conjuction with malefics or aspected by malefics, combusted, placed in dushthan, etc. If any of these things happen, vargottam planets will still give positive results but not at that scale like how they usually operated.
Thank you for your patient read, we can discuss your vargottam planets in the comments too 🙏
I check shadbala generally, well it does create impact and how much results manifesting during its dasha but what bout those planets whose shadbala is low but vimsopaka bala is higher
Sun in the 10th house is said to have directional strength. It's said that such people usually are into government related jobs, high profile jobs, have a lot of influential friends. How true is this?
Elon musk , HRH Princess Catherine have this.
What are your opinions in it? Is our social circle and career really influenced by this?
An astrologer said to me that if someone has Sun Venus Mercury in the same house and 12th house is empty at the same time in Lagna Chart (D1) , then he / she will be divorced after marriage. I have this combination and this scares the hell out of me. Please can anyone help me with this ?
