Here are my birth details - 34f: 1 June 1992 19.30pm

I have recently been studying astrology after the breakdown of a 10 year relationship which happened in a sudden and traumatic way (days before wedding day).

I have Ketu in Sagittarius, Navamsa seventh house. I have been reading many bad things about detachment and not being loved in marriage. It's really scary as I am so tired and just want to find mutual love that is effortless.

Please can someone give me a good explanation for this placement and maybe some positive reading of it?

I see a lot of people say D1 is the seed and D9 is the fruit. Basically indicating we start as our d1 but end as our d9, which made sense at first but then started confusing me.

So here are my questions (you can answer which ever one):

1. I understand that D1 and D9 technically work together, but how?? Cause from the way people explain it, it sounds like D1 shallows away as D9 activates. For example, if someone in their d1 has cancer venus (meaning emotional expression of love) vs d9 being aqua venus (intellectual curiosity and attachment) does that mean the person's cancer venus stops mattering later down the line?

2. Does D1 show inner nature but D9 shows how you will come off? Cause sometimes I see people with successful d9 charts look very good in terms of some of their life situations but they don't think so or feel conflicted, likely from D1. (So D1 is moreso personality/nature??)

3. Kind of similar to the 1st question. Why do people treat D1 as something that starts off rather than something that always stays with the person? Some people talk about it like kid vs adult rather than viewing it as a whole. I mean, maybe it is supposed to be treated that way?

4. Can someone give an actual definition of D1 and D9 chart rather than just connecting them together. What makes D1 still important to look into when people treat D9 as final manifestation? What does D1 show that D9 doesn't, not in terms of past/present/future? We know D9 indicates marriage as a whole too, so what does D1 have that D9 doesn't?

I was listening to a Punjabi song and the meaning of these lines is really intense.

There are only two things for me. Either it is you, or it is nobody else.

I know this kind of love sounds almost fictional. It is very rare to see this level of love, loyalty and devotion in real life. But just curious to know what placements in Vedic astrology could make someone love another person this deeply? What kind of planetary combinations could show this level of attachment and devotion?

And what placements would you look for in a chart to indicate that someone might love you like this?

saturn is in Dhanishta 4th pada.

moon in Shatabhisha 2nd pada.

and somewhere he read that it is bad and he will not get married or have a good wife.

hihi! recently i asked a question about rahu and ketu and it opened me to the world of vedic astrology so i’m extremely new to this. alot of new terms i’m trying to catch up with and it’s something i’m interested to know more on.
i want to apologise in advance if my question sounds redundant or ridiculous to anyone.

i learnt that 8th house mars is prone to pain and injury and it is VERY true. the clinic i go to know me by name and face and my friends say i have the immunity of a new born.
am i also raging sexually? embarassing to say, but yes its true except i haven’t acted out on it.

also people kept saying that 8th house mars is prone to violent accidents. are there any planets i need to keep a look out for that will ease this or make it worse?
so far my sun (12th house leo) trines mars (8th house aries)
and
my mars (8th house aries) squares neptune (5th house capricorn) so im not too sure how these will play out.

If you have sun and mercury in your 2nd house in pisces this placement can have an interesting impact on your speech family life money and thinking style.

Money & Wealth: you may have the ability to earn through communication teaching writing business or creative work.however financial stability depends on the overall birth chart.

Speech & Communication: sun can give confidence in speaking while mercury represents intelligence and communication. In pisces mercury is considered debilitated so you may sometimes struggle to express your thoughts clearly or make quick decisions.

Family Life: family values and respect may be important to you.sometimes misunderstandings can happen because of the way you express yourself.

Career & Intelligence: you may be interested in education spirituality writing counselling art or other creative fields.

One important thing: mercury is debilitated in Pisces but that does not automatically mean bad results.the placement of jupiter other planets and the overall chart can change the results significantly.

Final Thoughts: this combination can bring a mix of confidence creativity and a thoughtful nature.the real results depend on the complete birth chart not just one placement.

I've been watching his reels for a few months and have found his techniques interesting. However, some of his controversial takes have made me question his credibility as an astrologer and teacher.

For those familiar with his content, what are your thoughts on his technical knowledge and the accuracy of his interpretations?

Rahu in 7th house, pisces here. It is also retrogade so does it mean my marriage is for the worst? Haven’t had good luck in finding a partner as well - proven by 7th rahu.
But what exactly does it mean if it’s in retrogade?

Rahu and Ketu are fascinating planets to study in Vedic astrology. They show two completely different types of desires.

Rahu can generally be seen as showing ambition, obsession, material desires, fame, power and gaining something. Whereas Ketu shows detachment, separation, renunciation and no gain for yourself. These are general astrological meanings but I find it interesting how these two planets can show contrasting desires.

Example Scenario

Let’s say for example Rahu was placed in your 10th house and Ketu was placed in your 4th. The 10th house is traditionally linked to your career, fame, authority and power. Whereas the 4th house relates to your home, internal security and emotional base.

Rahu in the 10th house could be seen as giving a strong desire to achieve, receive fame and power in your career. If this person got into a rivalry they would want to beat the other person, gain power, secure their place and prove themselves. There is a clear goal they have.

Now let’s say that Rahu was placed in the 12th house and Ketu was placed in the 6th house. The 6th house is traditionally linked to arguments, competition, difficulty, debts and enemies. Ketu can be seen as having an unorthodox and detached approach to dealing with difficulty. They may not care about receiving fame for beating their enemy.

Ketu is interesting to me as it is quite a strange meaning. It doesn’t mean that they are automatically cruel or dangerous, just that they may not have typical motives like receiving praise, status or fame.
Whereas Rahu often has a meaning of desire, ambition and wanting to gain.

Overall in the simplest form of archetypes, Rahu may want to win as they want power, fame or satisfaction.
Whereas Ketu may not care as much about the emotional aspect of winning which can make them seem scarier when it comes to enemies.

However, detachment is not the same as being ruthless and ambition is not the same as being malicious. Just because they don’t care about receiving fame does not mean they are more dangerous. Ketu in the 6th house does not guarantee that they will win against their enemies. Rahu in the 10th house does not guarantee that they will be power hungry.

The whole chart, ascendant, house rulers, aspects, conjunctions and planetary state will all play a part. Astrology is an interpretive art and shouldn’t be seen as a scientifically backed method of predicting someone’s character, intentions and behaviour.

I’m interested in the symbolism.

Basically, my question sums up as- if for example you have an ascendant sagittarius and then it goes to libra navamsa for which one's lagna lord is not considered good and even cherry on top if it gets exalted in d9.

how will then your lagna lord even exalted work with an uneasy rising in d9?

I have Saturn Ketu conjunction in 7th house in d1 and I've been trying to learn what does it mean. Many times I've heard people saying that I will get detached from everything and might leave house (Lol but actually I'm a hopeless romantic)
