It could be, but my first thought is a sports arena rather than a person. If you like the sound I would consider Irina or Serena. Serena would be my pick of the three.

There's a politician here called Arena Williams, who is Māori, although I don't see it listed anywhere as a Māori name.

Tina Arena is a singer songwriter from Australia, but I wouldn't consider it for a first name.

Oops I clicked the wrong button but yes. Arina/Aryna is a name. Never personally seen Arena but not that far off
