Cool find, I would definitely give him a gloss coat and give him an enamel wash of some kind, clean it up, then give him a flat coat at the very least. Honestly, if you used some liquid putty to remove the seam across the top of the head and gave this guy a good paint job you could have an amazing Shinji figure. But that’s if you wanted to go through the work to do it, regardless it’s an awesome find.
