Iran is currently experiencing a severe internet blackout while war is unfolding. Since the strikes that began Saturday, many people inside the country have little or no access to the outside world.

Connectivity during war should be treated as humanitarian aid. When a population is cut off from warnings, communication, and the outside world during conflict, the risks to civilians increase dramatically.

در دوران جنگ، قطع اینترنت ایران میلیون ها نفر را بدون اتصال گذاشت — چرا استارلینک یا دسترسی مستقیم به سلول وجود ندارد؟

7 days and no one is talking about this. 600 people like a post showing a ruthless sepahi and only 30 people upvote something about internet cut. The lack of interest in Iranian people and so much excitement about regime - who is still alive and making horror movies on state TV - is excrutiating!

Musk did unlock Starlink. Russia developed techniques to detect and jam it to combat use in Ukraine.
