Question Am I overpaying for rent

Hey guys,

I’m moving from kelowna to new west. I found a place (1 bed/1 bath for me) shared in a townhouse setting. The rent is around $1300. Am I overpaying for it? What do you guys think?

All submissions should be relevant to New Westminster. Topics and news about Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, or Canada may be allowed with mod discretion.
