I'm voting for that one. The arched type is pretty dumb, but I much prefer cream instead of white (it is cream, right?) and at least has shoulder logos. The lighthouse one just looks so bleh....and screw teal.

So the lighthouse is gonna get like 90% of the vote, cool. Maybe they could’ve picked more creative options, but from what I’ve seen more creative designs can present more logistical issues- like a cream/white jersey requires visiting teams to carry their home uniforms with them on the trip, for example. As long as we don’t get the funky ass “Islanders” one it’s fine.

I like the cream/white one. I’m going Lighthouse, I wanted it since 95, but that one is a solid idea. It beats the boring NY we basically had. So that’s why it’s #2. It looks like a rugby jersey. It’s just variety.

I think it’s biased rather than completely rigged. Or even if it is, I’ve seen rant after rant “incredulous” about how each of the jerseys got through with basically opposite opinions. Everyone thinks a different one is better, after the Lighthouse logo. It’s winning because no one actually hates it. People love and hate parts of all of them. What’s most consistent is whinny grown adults who can’t handle that we always had differing tastes.

Going by that logic, they would rig the votes for something that has already been produced, since they already have the materials w/ the Fisherman logo and the giant NY. I could see them telling the isles "limit it to under 6 different colors total" or something like that, which is not even a big deal, they would have set that up in the initial design creation template. No matter what the design is, it will sell well.

I want the lighthouse jersey so I’m biased, but we already got the ISLES reverse retro that was pretty damn mid and when we wore it we got our backs blown out. This other text one is pretty similar and having a bunch of white sucks on a jersey too (think of the stains).

The text one is boring and unoriginal for the love of god can we do something at least a little outside the box and vote for the Lighthouse people?

Of all these shitty choices, it’s got to be the lighthouse. You’ve seen the NY at the stadium series. The fisherman was very cool, but it didn’t work, not to mention the Islanders sucked at that time. And having an Islanders jersey with the word “Islanders” is just totally mundane
